Get Fit At Home with the Bodyweight and Bands Program

This convenient and effective 12 week program requires minimal equipment and a commitment of 30 minutes per day 5x/week

Longevity For Lindy Hop

This 12 week program is designed for Lindy Hoppers or other Swing Dance  enthusiasts to train to support their bodies doing what they enjoy the most - dancing!

This program leans on my experience in sports medicine and as a Lindy Hopper for over 10 years to deliver a program to reduce injury risk from dancing and keep you dancing for life.
